The self-care collection was inspired by my own self-care journey and my experiences as a therapist working to dismantle the stigma around mental health. The entire self-care collection is meant to spark joy and inspire you to focus on your own needs and to care for yourself unapologetically.

Care instructions:
Tote: Spot clean only, line dry, avoid ironing
Drinking glass: Cup is dishwasher and microwave safe. Avoid drinking hot liquids with metal straw. Do not microwave lid or straw.
Stickers: Holographic film is water-resistant and durable, good for laptops and water bottles. If used on vehicle or in outdoor setting, colors may fade with UV exposure and adhesive may weaken under prolonged water exposure. If your sticker gets wet, carefully dab it with a cloth or napkin to prolong it’s life.
